The truth will set you free. Plus, its easier to remember then a lie. So why not focus on being honest with people, and tell it as it is. Yes, you need to be tactful in some aspect of telling the truth, and it can be harsh at times.
We all know that to get better and change for the best is to accept constructive criticism. Many do not know how to handle it, not because they think they are perfect as human being, but because they are afraid to face a truth that can’t be corrected. When someone reveals the truth about you, or your behavior, or whatever else, there is a chance that it might be too challenging to change that fact about you. You may face a situation where you will be questioning your capabilities, hence, a hit on your self-esteem. Who really wants that?
We all know that it is important to make changes in our lives, no matter what you do. The truth will give you allow you to correct whatever problems you have and hopefully find the best solution out there. Do not be worried about changing things IMMEDIATELY, some might require re-evaluation of the way you do things in your life.
