“It will “all” seem far easier when you keep in mind, all of the time, that it’s supposed to be easy.
That was easy,
The Universe”©Mike Dooley, http://tut.com
Like anything else in life, when your thoughts are involved on how you perceive a certain challenge to be either easy or hard, you have the choice to decide what route you will take when looking for a solution. If you lose your cool when facing a challenge, will your decision making process be most efficient or you will end up rushing to find a solution and choosing the wrong one? When dealing with adversities or difficult problems, we can feel out of touch with ourselves and our potential. We immediately accuse the world as to what happened and can’t take responsibility of our own actions. We forget that we are an integrated part of the existing problem and should focus our energy to finding the best solution. However, that process can’t be accomplished when we are stressed or panicking. It is important to sit down, look at the problem, analyze it thoroughly and search for solutions. Sometimes, these solutions do not come up immediately. They may linger around and because you lose control of your own emotions, you fail to see that solution that is right in front of you. You then panic more and more and your problems stay exactly where they are meant to be.
All this can be avoided if you just take the time to relax and see how you can move forward with options that are offered in front of you. When rushing to find the solution, you trip and fall and it can end up hurting you even more. Slow down, breath and take your time to solve the issue. I can promise you that you will come up with a better solution that will work for you. Don’t fret the details of the problem, focus on the overall solution. Once done, you can dissect the problem and address every little problem separately. You want to always keep calm and never overlook the easy path because it is easy. Humans tend to think that when things are easy, it is too good to be true so i can’t really choose that option. So they look for the hard way and always wonder why they find themselves in such difficult situation. Their mind complicate the things that are meant to be easy to solve. Avoid doing this and look at things with a more positive outlook and admit to yourself that not EVERYTHING in life is meant to be difficult. So go out there and enjoy life as much as you can. That’s really EASY to do!
